We're looking for an exceptional Business Teacher to take on a role within a vibrant sixth form college in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious educator to shape, grow, and deliver high quality Business teaching across both academic and vocational pathways.

• Teach Business across levels 1-3 (academic and vocational routes)
• Lead curriculum planning, development, and review within the department
• Use creative and independent learning strategies to help every student thrive
• Maintain high standards of assessment, progress tracking, and feedback
• Create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
• A track record of excellent teaching in Business or related subjects
• Experience working with post 16 learners (16-19 age range preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A commitment to innovation, equality, and student success
