Primary School Teacher

Role: Primary Teacher - long-term full-time or part-time roles
Location: Thanet
Salary Range: 34000 - 45000

Tradewind is recruiting! We work with a range of Primary Schools in the Thanet area, join us today! We are looking for Teachers for ad-hoc, short-term or long-term positions.

  • Create dynamic, interactive lessons that follow the National Curriculum and reflect the unique needs of every learner.

  • Cultivate a welcoming and stimulating classroom where children feel safe, confident, and motivated to achieve their best.

  • Plan and deliver lessons that ignite curiosity and encourage active participation.

  • Track and evaluate pupil progress, giving constructive feedback that supports continual growth.

  • Maintain a calm, organised environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.

  • Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved in their child's progress.

  • Work closely with colleagues and support staff to provide the highest standard of education for every student.



What We're Looking For

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching at primary level

  • Excellent communication and time-management abilities

  • A passion for inspiring and supporting young learners
