Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid 1 2 days/week at the assessment centre)
Salary: £39,000 £43,000 OTE (up to £49,450 with bonuses)
Hours: Monday to Friday Full-Time Available
Contract Type: Permanent

We re seeking Registered Nurses (Adult), Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Pharmacists, and Paramedics to become Functional Assessors, supporting individuals applying for Personal Independence Payments (PIP) or Work Capability Assessments (WCA) on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Your Role:

• Conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments
• Evaluate how health conditions impact daily life
• Write detailed, evidence-based clinical reports from home
• Hybrid working: just 1 2 days a week onsite

What You ll Need:

• Full registration with NMC, HCPC, or GPhC
• Minimum 1 year post-registration experience
• Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
• IT confident and able to work independently
• Empathetic and professional approach
