The Role:
As a SEMH LSA, you'll be:Providing 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEMH needsHelping to create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environmentWorking closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support progressBuilding positive relationships that encourage confidence and resilience
