Multi Trade Operative

We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative in the Lutterworth area to work on a permanent contract for a well-established social housing contractor. You will be carrying out repairs on the voids team, where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one!

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will complete:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Patch plastering
• Tiling
• Painting & Decorating
• Maintenance works in void properties

We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative who:

• Holds a qualification in either Carpentry or Plumbing
• Has relevant experience within social housing
• Holds a full UK driving licence
• Has their own tools

In return, the Multi Trade Operative will receive:

• 33,000 to 34,000 base salary
• Company van & fuel card
• 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
• Overtime available
• Permanent employment
• Pension scheme
