The Head of UK Business Development role is pivotal and influential within the UK Protection division

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):

• Manage and protect the UK inforce business, ensuring alignment with commercial appetite, IFRS, VNB metrics, and other relevant metrics
• Design and execute clear client strategies and objectives that support the Company and Protection strategic priorities, delivered through best-in-class client management
• Create an active new business pipeline aligned with the Company and Protection strategy, managing an effective quote process for optimal commercial results

• No specific educational qualification, noting a qualified or part qualified actuary would be an advantage
• Proven track record of effectively managing a team to both deliver agreed objectives as well as continuous development of the team
• Insightful and deep understanding of the UK advised Protection market and a proven track record of relevant business and commercial experience
