CMA Recruitment Group is partnering on an exclusive basis with a successful service business to recruit a Finance Administrator on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Team Leader the role will support the transactional processing duties of the business. This is a career enhancing role and there will be ample opportunity for progression and development.
What will the Finance Assistant role involve?
- Setting up customer accounts
- Allocating payments
- Ensuring accuracy of direct debits and actioning any changes
- Reconciling invoices
- Processing bank transactions
- Supporting payment runs
- Closing accounts
- General ad hoc duties as required by the team
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:
- AAT studying would be advantageous for the role but not essential
- Working knowledge of Sage is advantageous
- Experience of working within financial services would be advantageous
