We are looking for a professional to join our Investment Banking team in London, using their skills and ideas to impact Goldman Sachs' success.

The Healthcare investment banking group advises corporate clients across the healthcare spectrum, providing advice, financing access, and execution expertise across various investment banking products.

The Healthcare Group focuses on industry participants such as managed care companies, life sciences firms, hospitals, and medical device manufacturers.

Role Responsibilities

Associates develop and strengthen client relationships, participate in advisory teams, and structure and execute financial transactions. Responsibilities include creating financial models, preparing client presentations, managing transaction processes, and assisting in transaction structuring. They gain exposure to the firm's businesses and develop analytical, communication, and marketing skills.

They perform company valuation analyses, participate in M&A transactions, and handle fixed income and equity issuances. They prepare industry trend presentations, assess client situations, and recommend strategies. Associates coordinate with tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers, lead due diligence, and participate in legal negotiations. They are vital to Goldman Sachs' banking team's investments.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' investment banking or equivalent experience
• Outstanding academic and professional achievement
• Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively across regions
