The Opportunity
As Chef / Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, from food preparation and menu development through to stock control, supplier management, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene. You'll also lead and motivate a small team, creating a positive and supportive kitchen environment.
