The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced HR Officer to join a global EPC company based out of Flintshire.
Job Overview:
As HR Officer you will support our HR Project Coordinator and you will be part of our ENI Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage). You will coordinate the HR back office and General services activities and contribute to the efficiency of our HR management processes for the project. You will maintain accurate employee records according to the document management process.

Experience: HR support or similar admin coordination tasks within a project context
Education: CIPD Level 3 or higher or university degree
Technical knowledge: GDPR basics, employee documentation organization
IT skills: MS package (Excel), archiving systems
