The Opportunity We are seeking a Capability Management Planning Specialist to support the development, deployment, and ongoing management of engineering processes and toolsets within a complex engineering environment. This role will focus on ensuring engineering teams have the capabilities, tools, and processes required to deliver programmes effectively, while working closely with digital and engineering stakeholders to identify improvements and drive capability development.
