Job Description
Astute's Power Team are currently recruiting 10x Electrician to join a Electrical Main Contractor on a new build Waste to Energy facility based in Chester, Cheshire for 4 months (possible extension)
The Electrician position come with an hourly rate from 25 to 26 per hour.
Role responsibilities and key skills for the role:
- Install containment systems (tray, basket, conduit, trunking)
- Pull, dress, and terminate LV, control, and instrumentation cabling
- Install and connect motors, panels, switchgear, and junction boxes
- Interpret electrical schematics, layout drawings, and cable schedules
- Perform inspections and pre-commissioning checks in line with QA protocols
- Work with the site team and supervisors to deliver tasks safely and on time
- Adhere to all site health & safety procedures including permit-to-work systems
- Contribute to snagging, red-line drawings, and documentation handover
Location, day rate and timeframe of the Electrician positions:
- Chester, Cheshire
- 25 to 26 per hour (CIS)
- Immediate start date
