With a strong presence across multiple sites, they're now looking for a 3rd Line IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to help power their digital future.

️ The Role: What You'll Be Doing

As a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for complex technical issues, working closely with infrastructure, application support, and deskside teams. You'll play a key role in:

• Supporting and maintaining core and non-core IT systems
• Managing user accounts, system upgrades, patching, and releases
• Troubleshooting and resolving high-level technical issues
• Automating routine tasks using PowerShell
• Supporting on-premises and remote devices across multiple sites

Your Technical Toolkit

You'll need a strong foundation in enterprise IT environments, with hands-on experience in:

• Networking & Security: Cisco switches/routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi
• Infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualisation
• Cloud & Endpoint Management: Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SCCM/Endpoint
• Scripting & Automation: PowerShell
• Devices & Platforms: Windows 10/11, Apple Mac, iOS, Android, tablets, laptops
• ITSM Tools: ServiceNow, Remedy, or HEAT
• Telephony: IP Telephony systems

About You

You're a proactive problem-solver with a passion for technology and a commitment to service excellence. You'll ideally hold:

• Certifications: Cisco CCNA, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (or equivalent)
• Experience: Working in a 3rd Line or in an infrastructure engineering role within a complex, multi-site environment
