The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Work alongside teachers to support childrens learning both individually and in small groups
Assist with classroom activities, helping to engage and motivate pupils
Support children with additional learning needs and promote their confidence
Help create a positive and safe learning environment

What Were Looking For:
A genuine passion for working with children
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable but not essential
Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive team
