Job Title: Property Mobile Engineer
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours, Permanent
Location: London, Foot Mobile Role (no van included. Company Oyster card provided)
Salary Banding: £45k Plus fantastic benefits


About this role
Join Bupa as a Property Foot Mobile Engineer and take on a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of our building systems. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all conditions are consistently maintained across a range of critical mechanical and electrical systems, delivering both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive/breakdown support.

How you'll help us make health happen:

  • Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in systems including LTHW boilers, AHUs, BMS, chillers, UPSs, generators, HVAC, and public health water systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work using E-logbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, including the use of Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
  • Supervise and monitor subcontractors on-site.
  • Maintain plant rooms in a clean, secure, and professional condition.
  • Operate within agreed SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely and effective task completion.
  • Support the Permit to Work system and other safety protocols
  • Support the business out of hours via our on call function on a rota'd basis

Key Skills / Experience needed for this role:

  • Strong knowledge ofbuilding services systems,diagnostic and repair procedures, andmaintenance schedules.
  • Experience withHVAC, LTHW, BMS, and other mechanical/electrical systems.
  • Ability to interpret graphical and alarm data for fault finding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification Required

  • Electrical qualifications: Part 1, 2 & 3 or equivalent, NVQ Level 3, plus 18th Edition.
  • Recognised Health & Safety qualification (e.g., IOSH).
  • Formal training in electrical/mechanical maintenance and BMS systems.
