Description
We are seeking a Senior Practice Assurance Analyst to support our internal compliance function. This key role ensures we meet regulatory obligations while maintaining high standards of professional excellence across our group. You will work closely with operational teams, support the development of internal policies, and liaise directly with external regulators, including relevant regulatory bodies.
You will be responsible for preparing and overseeing regulatory submissions, tracking compliance processes, responding to internal queries, and fostering a culture of compliance and good governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of regulatory submissions to relevant regulatory bodies accurately and on time.
- Management and oversight of a tracker for all regulatory submissions, escalating issues as needed.
- Communication with internal operational teams and external regulators to resolve queries and compliance issues effectively.
- Oversight and monitoring of complaints, supporting investigations and resolutions.
- Responding to internal compliance queries and assisting teams with policy interpretation and application.
- Supporting the development and implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Conducting internal compliance audits and practice reviews, reporting findings, and supporting continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- Experience in practice assurance or within a professional services environment.
- Confidence in liaising with regulators and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in policy development, audits, or regulatory reporting is highly desirable.
