Carpenter/Multi Trade

We are currently looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade to work on a social housing contract in the Chesterfield area. This role is working in void properties, on a self-employed, on-going contract.

The Carpenter/Multi Trade will be carrying out:

• 2nd fix joinery such as fitting internal doors, skirting boards and architraves
• Kitchen fitting/repairs
• Basic Plumbing
• Patch plastering
• Tiling
• Painting

For this Carpenter/Multi Trade role you will need:

• Social housing experience
• Full UK driving license
• Your own transport
• NVQ or City and Guild in any relevant trade

In return, the Carpenter/Multi Trade will get:

• 18 per hour (CIS payments available)
• Use of company van & fuel card during working hours
• Long term contract
• Weekly pay
• ASAP start
