Today, we are unique as the only delivery partner with a one-stop shop offer - combining the largest out-of-home delivery network with to-door capabilities. The acquisition brings immediate scale, expands our service offering, and provides greater convenience to retailers and customers.

This role will manage and lead one of InPost's Yodel sites. You'll manage operations, inspire a high-energy team, and set new standards in customer service. You'll thrive on tackling challenges, optimizing efficiency, and innovating to meet ambitious business goals.

What you'll be doing:
As Depot Manager at InPost/Yodel, you'll lead our parcel logistics distribution, ensuring seamless operations from parcel to newspaper deliveries. Your leadership will foster a high-performance, safe, and collaborative culture. You'll focus on customer satisfaction, build lasting relationships, resolve challenges quickly, and elevate service standards.
You'll manage budgets, drive profitability, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. You'll also champion continuous improvement through technology and data, guiding strategic decisions with insights and performance metrics.
