Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Recruiting teachers and support staff for London-based schools
Identifying, screening, and matching top talent to vacancies
Building and managing long-term relationships with school clients
Creating standout CVs and profiles for candidates
Hitting realistic KPIs to boost your earnings
Becoming a trusted expert and advisor within the education space
Who We're Looking For:
Background in teaching, sales, customer service, estate agency, or similar roles
Ambitious and career-focused individuals who thrive on challenges
Strong communication and time management skills
Passion for education and making a difference in schools
A degree is beneficial but not essential-we provide full training
