Fiercely INDEPENDENT Broker seeking a Cargo and Stock Throughput Leader to build out a team and global proposition.
This broker already handles international Hull, Machinery, and War business, and frequently receives cargo inquiries. They are looking for a true leader/broker to capitalize on this opportunity.
You will manage both 1st and 3rd party business, with responsibilities to drive growth, develop talent, and travel internationally to meet and prospect for new clients.
- Leverage existing cargo business in the pipeline
- Benefit from a strong brand with a flat management structure and extensive global distribution
- Equity options available for the right candidate
- Transparent bonus structure, providing clarity on annual bonuses
- Access to infrastructure typically found in larger brokers, including experienced Claims, Compliance, and Broking teams
