UK and Ireland Sales Manager - Industrial Equipment - Conveyors
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 + 10-15% KPI-driven bonus
Location: UK & Ireland (with occasional EU travel)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Company Car: Tesla Model Y (fully expensed) till 2027
We are expanding and looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business growth across the UK and Ireland. This is a field-based role focused on uncovering opportunities, developing tailored proposals, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.
Generate new business leads (80/20 new business focus)
Build a strong pipeline through market research and outreach
Develop proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
Document sales activity, leads, and interactions
Manage territory independently with full ownership of the sales process
Travel throughout the UK, Ireland, and occasionally across the EU
Report directly to the Head of Sales
Background in industrial, forklift, material handling, or logistics
Experience in conveyor systems (preferred)
Minimum 3 years' regional sales experience
Proven business development track record
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Strong hunter mentality and desire to be on the road
45,000 - 55,000 base salary
