30 hours per week Monday - Friday, 8:45am-3:15pm

About the Role:

This is a fantastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant opportunity to make a real impact in a vibrant, mixed Nursery and Reception class. You'll work closely with a dedicated class teacher and wider support team to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Your role will involve:

  • Supporting child-led and play-based learning
  • Leading small group sessions
  • Providing pastoral care and promoting inclusion
  • Encouraging curiosity and development across all areas

About You:

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Has a strong understanding of Early Years practice
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Is warm, caring, and able to build trusting relationships with young children
  • Is committed to promoting equality, diversity, and safeguarding
