Role/Department

The Senior Consultant, Enterprise Resiliency - Tooling & Trigger Management will work alongside one other partner with joint responsibility for supporting the development and optimisation of the firm's resilience tooling strategy in alignment with regulatory and internal resilience frameworks.

The Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Support the development and enhancement of the firm's resilience (operational resilience and business continuity) tooling strategy, with a focus on the Fusion platform.

  • Maintain and configure Fusion to support resilience planning, impact tolerance assessments, and scenario testing activities.

  • Assist in the development of integrations between Fusion and other golden source systems to ensure accurate and consistent data across platforms.

  • Oversee the design and implementation of automated triggers and alerts to support timely response to resilience events and thresholds.

  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure tooling supports regulatory and internal framework requirements.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tooling usage, including user support, training materials, and process documentation.

  • Provide accurate and timely data outputs from tooling to support governance, reporting, and oversight activities.

  • Act as a key point of contact for Fusion-related queries and support within the Resilience teams.

Skills / Experience:

  • Strong knowledge ofconcepts relating to operational resiliency, business continuity management, and disaster recovery, as well as related governance mechanisms, including corporate risk policies and standards

  • Strong working knowledge of the Fusion platform, including configuration and user support.

  • Familiarity with data integration concepts and experience working with or alongside system owners of golden source platforms.

  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of resiliency regulations, jurisdictional requirements and guidelines for Financial Services organizations

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology teams.

  • Proactive and organised, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Ability to analyze large volumes of data, and organize logically to produce actionable insights

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to achieve measurable outcomes

  • Experience of working in rapidly changing and ambiguous environments, in addition to being comfortable working autonomously

  • Familiarity with Intelligent Automation tools such as Power BI and Power Automate
