Are you a talented Town Planner looking to work on large-scale, high-impact projects? Or perhaps a Senior Planner open to a fresh opportunity with one of the UK's leading private consultancies?
We're working with a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong national presence and a thriving Cardiff office. Due to ongoing project wins, they're looking to grow their planning team with the addition of a Town Planner to help deliver on a range of exciting schemes across sectors including residential, commercial, infrastructure, and regeneration.
What's on offer:
£30,000 - £35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
Hybrid working (typically 2-3 days in the office)

The ideal candidate will:
Be MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership)
Have UK planning consultancy or local authority experience
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be confident managing clients, preparing reports, and submitting planning applications
Have a proactive, collaborative approach to working in a multidisciplinary team
This role would suit a Town Planner ready for the next step, or a Senior Planner seeking a new challenge in a dynamic consultancy environment.
