Site Agent

An established and respected construction contractor is seeking a skilled Site Agent to lead operations across a range of building and civil engineering projects. This is a key leadership role, overseeing on-site teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate all on-site activities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Supervise site teams including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and local authorities
• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and handover documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Engineer in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building regulations
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites
