Clerk to Governors

Full time (35 hours per week), all year round, hours to be agreed and will include some evening work.

The Clerk to the Governors plays a vital role in supporting the effective governance of the Coventry School Foundation. Reporting to the Finance Director, the post holder will be responsible for providing professional, efficient, and confidential administrative and procedural support to the Governing Body and its committees. The Clerk will support the Chair of Governors and Finance Director in ensuring that all governance processes comply with legal, constitutional, and regulatory requirements, and that all governance business is conducted smoothly and efficiently.
