A well-regarded civil engineering and groundworks contractor is looking to recruit a Graduate Site Engineer to support ongoing residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Role Overview:
The Graduate Site Engineer will work alongside experienced engineering and site management teams, contributing to the successful delivery of a wide range of construction projects. The role will provide structured development, varied site experience, and clear progression routes toward becoming a fully qualified Site Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with setting out, surveying, and quality control on site
  • Support senior engineers with site measurements, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications under guidance
  • Liaise with site operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Contribute to the preparation of as-built documentation and progress records
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures
  • Gain experience across multiple phases of project delivery
Candidate Requirements:
  • Degree (or near completion) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong interest in groundworks, infrastructure, and site engineering
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a supportive team
  • Good communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings and surveying equipment
  • Full UK driving licence (or working toward it)
