The Prime Video Payments team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to help deliver superior payment experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide. You will lead strategic payment integration programs for Prime Video. This role is
inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with engineering and product stakeholders across Prime Video and partner teams to launch payment features for Prime Video customers.

We are looking for a delivery oriented, resourceful, customer focused, team-oriented individual who also has the ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. He or she will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
