What You'll Be Doing:
- Speaking to inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat
- Advising customers on tailored car finance options
- Managing the sales journey from first contact to deal completion
- Verifying documents and handling sensitive information
- Working with dealers and internal teams to get the deal done
- Hitting KPIs and crushing targets in a structured, supportive setting
What You'll Need:
- Experience in sales or customer service (phone-based preferred)
- A natural communicator who loves the thrill of a deal
- Goal-driven, competitive and loves working towards targets
- Resilient, organised, and confident handling objections
- Contact centre or car finance experience? Big bonus!

Shift Pattern Example:
- Week 1: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
- Week 2: 10am-7pm (2 weekdays off), plus Sat 9-6 & Sun 10:30-5:30
