Exclusive Head of Marine opportunity in London with a significant package plus Equity/LTIP/Investment deal.

We are pleased to present a senior opportunity within a superb international, wholesale, specialty business. The company is already sizable and aims to become one of the largest privately owned independent brokers in the UK.

Their specialty division currently lacks a marine offering. We are seeking individuals with specific expertise in wholesale Hull/Machinery, Marine Liability, and/or Marine Cargo.

This is an exceptional Head of Marine role, offering the chance to build a business within a business. You will be provided with all necessary tools, marketing support, internal infrastructure, and financial investment to succeed. The firm already has an established Marine MGA, which is well-regarded among brokers.

You will have a voice within senior management and full control over the division's growth, supported by a board of directors.

We are interested in speaking with entrepreneurial-minded professionals in the marine insurance space, including MDs, product leads, and development brokers who want to play a pivotal role in building a specialist line with P&L control.

Ideal candidates will bring a strong market relationship book, a robust client pipeline, and a natural ambition to build something distinctive. The platform offers a no internal red tape or politics environment.
