Location: Various roles across London and surrounding areas
Salary: Base 20,000 + Uncapped Commission

Driving Licence: Essential - full clean UK licence required
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established estate agency client. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in lettings, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants alike.
You'll be responsible for managing applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring full legal compliance throughout the lettings process. You'll also play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with landlords and ensuring they are kept informed at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily management of applicant enquiries and registrations
- Generate and conduct property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain regular communication with landlords regarding property updates and market conditions
- Negotiate tenancy offers to secure successful agreements
- Collect holding deposits and tenancy monies in line with regulations
- Oversee tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks
- Ensure all legal compliance is met on agreed offers, including documentation and contracts
- Deliver high levels of customer service to all parties involved
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party professionals to ensure smooth lettings transactions
