Contracts Manager - Decarb and Retrofit

I'm currently working with an organisation seeking a Contracts Manager with a strong focus on decarbonisation and retrofit. This is an initial 5-month contract with the potential for extension.

• Lead energy efficiency programmes, ensuring quality installations, customer satisfaction, and value for money

• Monitor completions, carbon savings, and customer feedback

• Oversee contracts and inspections, including chairing contractor meetings and managing H&S

• Support procurement activities such as tenders, work specs, and post-inspections

• Drive innovation, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement around carbon reduction initiatives

Location: East London (1 day a week in office)
Rate: Negotiable, based on experience
