A well-established high street law firm based in Richmond is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy and longstanding property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2 years' post-qualified experience (PQE) to develop their career in a supportive and professional environment.

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will manage their own caseload of residential transactions from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. This position would suit a confident Residential Property Solicitor who is keen to build strong client relationships and contribute to a reputable local practice with a loyal client base.



The Residential Property Solicitor's role

The Residential Property Solicitor will be responsible for handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters independently, while also working closely with the wider team to maintain high standards of client care and service delivery. The caseload is varied and includes both standard and more complex residential property matters.

The Residential Property Solicitor

  • A minimum of 2 years' PQE in Residential Property law

  • Solid experience handling a full residential caseload from start to finish

  • Excellent communication and client care skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) with relevant property law experience
