The Role:
- Recruit teachers and support staff for London schools
- Source, screen, and place candidates into roles
- Build relationships with schools and educators
- Write compelling CVs and candidate profiles
- Work towards achievable KPIs and earn commission on every placement
- Become a trusted advisor to clients in the education sector
We're Looking For:
- Experience in sales, teaching, customer service, or target-driven environments
- Confident, resilient, and career-minded individuals
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact
- A degree is a plus, but not essential - we provide full training
