Job Description
We are currently looking to hire an Onsite Co-ordinator to support our vibrant and busy food production clients, 40 hour /week.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for Kingdom People one of the fastest growing recruitment companies in the UK within our established and successful Bognor Regis.
Full training will be provided by our friendly teams and this role has the scope to become permanent for the right candidate.
This role is to support the team in sourcing and coordinating a growing temporary workforce from across the UK. You will work directly with candidates and onsite coordinators to help meet staffing needs efficiently and professionally.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting the Bognor office and onsite coordination teams in recruiting workers processes.
- Assisting with admin tasks.
- Occasional local travel to other sites.
What are we looking for?
- Friendly communication skills
- Self-motivated and a passion to do a great job
- Enjoys a busy environment with lots to do
- Fluent in English with a second language advantageous (Indian, Bangladeshi, Romanian, Ukrainian etc.)
