Head of Procurement - Technology & Customer Ops

Procurement at evoke is in a period of transformation and we are looking for progressive leaders to help grow our team capability and realise significant value opportunities across the group. This role sits within the Group Procurement team, reporting into the Group Procurement Director and operating within the evoke Finance function.
The evoke Procurement team are responsible for the management of all third party spend across the evoke group. We are looking for a Head of Procurement to own the Technology & Customer Ops category across the business - Leading a small team & working with key stakeholders to drive strategic value and opportunity with our supplier ecosystem.
You'll evidence approach to data driven and pragmatic decision making with experience of category experience in Payments, customer service delivery, managing outsourced providers particularly beneficial You'll have understanding of the broader ESG agenda and the importance of addressing Scope 3 emissions within our supplier footprint.
