25,000 base, with OTE 35,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential property sales from valuation to completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers effectively
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process

What They're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property sales
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, personable, and client-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
