Job Description

Hybrid - 35 hours per week

A well-regarded professional services provider is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join its in-house marketing team. Based on the outskirts of High Wycombe, with flexible hybrid working (four days from home, 1 day in the office) this is a fantastic opportunity to deliver creative impact across a wide range of media while supporting brand growth and engagement.

The successful candidate will be a confident, creative professional with the ability to deliver high-quality work across print, digital, and video. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, translating briefs into engaging design assets that align with brand guidelines and support marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver visually compelling content for multi-channel campaigns, newsletters, presentations, signage, internal communications, and digital platforms
  • Develop creative concepts from brief through to execution, applying strong design fundamentals and consistent brand styling
  • Handle internal design requests and manage production workflows and deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and external suppliers to scope, develop and deliver on-brand visual assets
  • Create and edit video content in line with current marketing practices
  • Maintain quality standards across all design output and support asset management using content systems

Key Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in a similar graphic design role
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • Track record of delivering design work across a variety of media formats (print, digital, video)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with both internal teams and third-party providers
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with CMS platforms and knowledge of marketing trends is a plus
