Proven experience in platform upgrades, performance optimization, and maintenance Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development, including server and client-side scripting, security, and debugging Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, GraphQL, IntegrationHub, security configuration, and third-party apps ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred Who You'll Work With You will join an existing Agile squad comprised of engineers, architects, analysts, a product owner, and scrum master. You will report to the ServiceNow Chapter Lead and will work closely with the product owner and scrum master to determine your work for each sprint.
