About Us
Founded in 1997, GamCare is the leading provider of information, advice and support for anyone affected by gambling harms. We operate the National Gambling Helpline, provide treatment for anyone who is harmed by gambling, create awareness about safer gambling and treatment, and encourage an effective approach to safer gambling within the gambling industry.
The Role
As Marketing and Brand Manager at GamCare, you will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of GamCare's marketing and brand strategy.
You will deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to raise awareness of GamCare's services, as well as implement and manage brand guidelines, ensuring consistent branding across all communications and platforms.
You will track and optimise campaign performance using data and analytics to improve reach, engagement, and service access, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing content that supports clinical objectives.
You will also support the Head of Marketing and Brand in delivering against GamCare's organisational strategy and collaborate across departments to implement marketing and brand excellence in everything we do.
About You
You will have proven experience in marketing, with demonstrated expertise in campaign management and brand implementation, as well as experience of delivering integrated marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing activities, and maintaining brand consistency.
You will have managed marketing budgets and teams, with a track record in digital marketing and campaign measurement.
Most importantly, you will bring the ability to lead teams through effective project management while delivering measurable results across marketing activities.
