Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and delivering end-to-end Building Surveying services across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors and more.

• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, delivering quality service from start to finish.

• Applying your expertise in contracts (JCT, NEC) to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Conducting defect analysis, detailed surveys, and crafting expert reports/specs.

• Providing technical due diligence, dilapidations advice, and acting as Contract Administrator.

• Delivering work through established frameworks, with opportunities to shape project strategy.

• Mentoring and supporting junior team members, contributing to their growth and success.

Requirements:

• RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying.

• Chartered (MRICS) or actively working towards it.

• Solid background in pre- and post-contract surveying.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and NBS; bonus points for Revit and BIM Level 2 knowledge.

• Strong with IT tools (Excel, Word) and keen attention to detail.

• Confident communicator and proactive problem solver with commercial awareness.
