Job Description
We are pleased to be working with this large public sector organisation to recruit a Systems & Information Officer based in Belfast. This role will support finance, procurement, and logistics systems, with a focus on reporting, data integrity, and system administration.
The Role
- Support and maintain finance, procurement, and logistics systems, including reporting and routine processes.
- Create and manage dynamic reports and databases using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and timely delivery of accurate information.
- Provide first-line user support, including access control and resolving system issues.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and meet reporting and data requirements.
- Uphold data governance, compliance, and audit standards within all information processes.
- Lead initiatives to improve information management and enhance service delivery.
The Person
As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:
Essential:
- A relevant university degree and experience in a relevant field
OR
- Extensive experience in the above areas.
- Have experience in the build of Business Objects reports within Finance Procurement & Logistics environments
OR
- Experienced using Power BI reporting and Share point functions
