Part-Time Residential Conveyancing Locum - 2 Days per Week
We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to support a Conveyancing team on a part-time basis for a period of approximately 8 to 12 weeks.
Location: Remote
Working Pattern: 2 days per week (flexible on which days)
Duration: 8-12 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview:
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The role requires someone who can work independently and efficiently, with support from our administrative team.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Ability to manage files from instruction to completion
- Strong communication and client care skills
