Location: - Base: Hastings (TN37)
- Work model: Hybrid 70% home-based, 30% on-site
- You must live within approximately 60 minutes of Hastings to attend face-to-face assessments when required.
Salary & Compensation: - Basic Salary: £39,500 £41,500
- Bonus: Up to 10% performance-related bonus annually
- Annual Leave: 33 days (including bank holidays)

About the Role:As a Disability Assessor, you will use your clinical knowledge to carry out structured assessments for individuals with long-term health conditions or disabilities.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct telephone, video, and occasional face-to-face assessments
- Assess a wide range of physical, mental health, and neurological conditions
- Evaluate how these conditions impact an individual s daily living and functional capacity
- Prepare comprehensive, evidence-based clinical reports to support the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) decision-making
- No diagnosis or treatment involved this is purely an assessment and reporting role
What to Expect: - Full paid training and induction (RCN-accredited)
- Mentorship and ongoing clinical support
- Structured working hours: Monday to Friday, 08 00
- After 6 months: gain full control over your diary with flexible working options
What You Need to Apply: - NMC or HCPC registration (Nurse, Physio, OT, or Paramedic)
- Minimum 12 months of post-registration clinical experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with IT systems and managing clinical documentation
- Able to work independently and travel to the Truro site as required
- UK Right to Work (Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available)
