Corporate Solicitor - 3+ PQE
Hybrid working Nottingham

Salary Negotiable DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Corporate Solicitor to join a highly regarded and collaborative corporate team within a top-tier legal practice.

This role offers the chance to work on a broad mix of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, reorganisations, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements. You'll be advising a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and owner-managed businesses to large institutions and PLCs across key sectors such as energy, education, logistics, retail, healthcare, social care, and financial services.



What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting senior lawyers on high-value, complex corporate transactions.

- Managing your own caseload of corporate and commercial matters with growing autonomy.

- Assisting on reorganisations, employee ownership matters, and company formation issues.

- Engaging with clients across various industries at a regional, national, and international level.

- Contributing to the development and delivery of excellent client service and commercial solutions.



What We're Looking For
- A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3-4 years' PQE in corporate law.

- Experience in managing or supporting corporate transactions.

- Strong communication skills with a commercial mindset.

- The confidence to build and maintain client relationships.

- A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
