About the Role
Simpson Judge have partnered with on of Scotland's leading law firms who are looking for a talented Commercial Litigator to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of contentious matters, regularly acting in complex and high-value disputes-often with a cross-border dimension.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in commercial and civil disputes across a variety of sectors.
- Handle litigation in the Court of Session, Sheriff Court, and other forums, including arbitration and mediation.
- Support clients based in Scotland and internationally, including advising on cross-border disputes and multi-jurisdictional enforcement.
- Collaborate with colleagues across our UK and international network to deliver strategic and commercial solutions.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships through exceptional client service and clear communication.
About you
- At 2-6 years PQE with a strong grounding in dispute resolution and litigation.
- A solid understanding of Scottish court procedure; experience in English or other jurisdictions is beneficial but not essential.
- Proven experience or interest in handling cross-border disputes or supporting clients with international interests.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- A commercial, client-focused approach with the confidence to take ownership of cases.
