Job Description
HR Advisor (FTC) - Shropshire - 35000 p.a plus Car Allowance & Bonus
A UK wide business are actively seeking to hire HR Advisor for a 1 year FTC, you will also be required to cover some other offices within the West / East Midlands regions.
Working in a high volume, fast paced environment you will be responsible for providing a quality HR service to the business which will include;
- Employee Relations
- Dealing with HR queries and advising line managers on HR legislation / policy
- HR data
- Attending grievance / disciplinary meetings
- Employee mediation
- Support on new HR initiatives
- Attend resourcing exhibitions
The successful candidate will;
- Have a thorough understand of current HR legislation
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Be happy to travel to other Midlands sites for HR meetings when required
- Experience in dealing with Employee Relations / grievances
- Strong IT skills.
