Fabric Supervisor
Location: Cornwall and Plymouth
Package: Up to 36,000 with company van
Our client, a leading facilities management business, have an opportunity for a Fabric Supervisor to join their team in Cornwall.
The role will involve
- Managing subcontractors and day to day reactive works on commercial properties
- Plan resources, materials and programme
- Assist in the production of quotations for works
- Managing costs and budgets
You will need:
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- To have a trade background (ideally one trade qualification)
- Excellent IT skills
- SHEQ qualification and/or relevant SHEQ experience
- Experienced in use of calculation sheets and monitoring expenditure against tendered rates
- Clean driving licence
