Are you a Reward expert who thrives on shaping pay strategy and driving change? We're partnering with a forward-thinking client on a high-impact reward transformation project, and we're looking for a Reward Consultant who can hit the ground running.
This is a 4-month contract where you'll play a key role in reviewing and redesigning the pay structure, delivering detailed cost and data analysis, and working closely with both HR and Finance to build the foundations for a new grading and reward framework.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the evaluation of current pay and grading structures, identifying areas for improvement
- Partnering with Finance and key stakeholders to deliver cost modelling and scenario planning
- Conducting robust salary benchmarking and external market analysis
- Making strategic recommendations for the implementation plan of a new grading structure
- Creating clear, data-driven reports to support decision-making at senior levels
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in grading design and job evaluation frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills - comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- Advanced data analysis and modelling skills
- Experience in pay benchmarking and external market comparisons
- Confident in report writing and translating complex data into actionable insights
