Overview:
A leading AV integrator is seeking an experienced Senior AV Field Service Engineer to join their London-based service team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-end clients and cutting-edge AV technology in a field-based role focused on break/fix support, servicing, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide field-based break/fix support for integrated AV and video conferencing systems
Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and efficiently on client sites
Perform scheduled maintenance and system health checks
Commission and configure AV systems to required standards
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Maintain accurate documentation, service reports, and technical logs
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a field service role within the AV integration industry
Strong technical knowledge of Crestron, Q-SYS, Poly, and Microsoft Teams Rooms
Confident in fault-finding and hands-on break/fix work
Experience with AV system commissioning; programming knowledge is advantageous
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to work independently across multiple London-based client sites
